The North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation is a
501(c) (3) organization. Established as a not-for-profit
organization in 1990, the Foundation has a solid
15-year history of working to improve the health
of women, infants, children, families and communities
throughout North Carolina.
Although the Foundation has made much progress, there
is still much more to be done. Both tax-deductible
contributions and endowments significantly contribute
to sustaining the work and increasing the success of
the Foundation.
