Now Available –New HC/NCHC fact sheets, envelope stuffers and a press release with income guidelines for 2008-2009

(3/08) -New bilingual Health Check/NC Health Choice fact sheets and envelope stuffers with income guidelines effective April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009, are now available from the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation!

Please remember to replace your 'old' fact sheets and envelope stuffers.  Fact sheets come in sets of 100 -- either padded (item # D4) or folded as brochures
(item # D4Br).
