Now Available - New HC/NCHC Fact Sheets and Envelope Stuffers for 2007-2008

(4/07) - New bilingual Health Check/NC Health Choice fact sheets and envelope stuffers with income guidelines effective April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008, are now available from the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation!

This year, the envelope stuffer which was designed for high-volume outreach does not have local label space. It directs families to the toll-free NC Family Health Resource Line or the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation's web site for further information and an application. The new look of this piece resulted from HC coordinators' insightful comments gathered during the survey.
