Pero si mi pareja es también portador podemos pasársele la enfermedad a nuestro bebé. El doctor me dijo que no es contagiosa y que es hereditaria. Si tienes la enfermedad de la célula falciforme las células rojas de la sangre se forman mal y se atoran en las venas. Causa mucho dolor e hinchazón en las articulaciones. Sin tratamiento apropiado puede ser peligrosa. Cualquier personal puede tener un bebé es muy importante que su pareja y usted se hagan la prueba antes de embarazarse para saber si tienen el rasgo de la célula falciforme. Es fácil rápido y gratis en departamento de salud de su localidad.
