Female Voice: If you are pregnant or thinking about having a baby, take steps that are good for both you and your baby.
Doctors recommend that you take a multivitamin with folic acid; get regular check –ups; avoid cigarette smoking, alcohol and other drugs; and learn to reduce prematurity and SIDS.
After all, your child’s life depends on you.
